In line with this transition, Tashia Porter—our lead real estate professional—has also made a strategic move to NextHome Experience, bringing her dedication and deep knowledge of Maine’s real estate landscape to a forward-thinking, client-centered brokerage.

Tashia Porter is an award-winning real estate agent with NextHome Experience and a proud Native Mainer rooted deeply in the communities she serves. Raised in a family with a strong legacy of business ownership, Tashia brings a spirit of entrepreneurship, integrity, and connection to every client relationship.
With a Master’s degree in Social Work, she combines her passion for helping others with her expertise in real estate, offering thoughtful guidance and advocacy throughout every step of the buying or selling process. Tashia specializes in investment properties, listings, first-time homebuyers, waterfront homes, and vacation rentals across the state.
As the co-owner of a growing property management company, she understands the full spectrum of Maine housing—from everyday rentals to long-term investments. Tashia lives in Hancock County with her husband and children and maintains strong personal and professional ties throughout Washington and Aroostook Counties.

Dylan Porter, Co-Owner
Dylan Porter brings deep-rooted experience and a legacy of excellence to the construction industry. A Northern Maine native and graduate of Maine Maritime Academy with a degree in Power Engineering, Dylan carries forward the entrepreneurial spirit instilled by his family. As part of GR Porter & Son—a business founded by his father and grandfather over 77 years ago—he has spent years mastering the craft of construction, starting in the field at a young age operating equipment alongside his grandfather.
