Tashia specializes in investment properties, listings, first-time homebuyers, waterfront homes, and vacation rentals across the state.

As the co-owner of a growing property management company, she understands the full spectrum of Maine housing—from everyday rentals to long-term investments. Tashia lives in Hancock County with her husband and children and maintains strong personal and professional ties throughout Washington and Aroostook Counties.

Dylan Porter brings deep-rooted experience and a legacy of excellence to the construction industry. A Northern Maine native and graduate of Maine Maritime Academy with a degree in Power Engineering, Dylan carries forward the entrepreneurial spirit instilled by his family. As part of GR Porter & Son—a business founded by his father and grandfather over 77 years ago—he has spent years mastering the craft of construction, starting in the field at a young age operating equipment alongside his grandfather.

Dylan is known not only for his hands-on expertise but also for his commitment to quality, precision, and professionalism. He values strong networks and meaningful business relationships, believing they are essential to long-term success. With a systems-driven mindset and a passion for efficiency, Dylan combines time-tested processes with innovative approaches to consistently deliver exceptional results.

As the Operational Manager, Mary is a dedicated professional who excels in creating a friendly and supportive environment.  Known for her approachable demeanor and genuine willingness to help, she brings a wealth of experience in managing people and operations with a focus on organization and efficiency.

Blake is our talented Marketing Sales Specialist, bringing a strong background in marketing, title services, and banking. When not creating content for Maine Property Experts or managing her own business, Blake is a full-time stay at home mom to her young daughter with another on the way. She prides herself in being a dedicated wife and homemaker.

Emily Farnsworth is a dedicated REALTOR® with NextHome Experience on Tashia Porter - The Maine Property Experts Team combining her passion for real estate with her creative skills as a content creator and photographer. Born and raised in Somerset County, now based in Penobscot County, Emily’s deep Maine roots give her a unique understanding of the state’s diverse communities—from picturesque coastal towns to quiet inland escapes.
