Tashia Porter embodies the essence of entrepreneurship. Raised in a family with a legacy of business ownership, Tashia is a proud Native Mainer with deep ties to the state. Her impressive career in real estate includes receiving the Rising Star Award in 2021, the Silver Award in 2021, the Gold Award in 2022, and Silver Award & Chairman’s Circle 2023 from Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate The Masiello Group. Running a property management company, she is passionate about finding the perfect housing solutions for individuals.
A dedicated wife, mother, and hardworking professional, Tashia resides in Hancock County, with roots in Washington County and connections throughout the state, including her husband’s Aroostook County origins. Her extensive network and state-wide connections enhance her ability to serve clients effectively.
With a Master’s in Social Work, Tashia thrives on helping others and is deeply passionate about her career in real estate. She specializes in investment properties, listings, first-time homebuyers, waterfront properties, and vacation rentals. Tashia’s knowledge of Maine real estate and her commitment to her clients make her an invaluable resource for anyone navigating the housing market.
Dylan Porter, Co-Owner
Dylan’s roots run deep in Northern Maine. A graduate of Maine Maritime Academy with a Power Engineering Degree, Dylan naturally inherited the entrepreneurial spirit from his family. With GR Porter & Son, a business established by his father and grandfather over 77 years ago, Dylan has specialized in construction. Growing up, he honed his skills in the field, operating equipment alongside his grandfather. His extensive experience and family heritage in the industry have shaped his expertise.
